Anthony has more than 23 years of global capital markets experience primarily in the areas of consultancy, advisory and asset management. Anthony is known for his contributions at RHB for growing the Asset Management business from USD1 billion AUM to USD13 billion, predominantly in public markets. When he ventured into the private market, he co-founded Ericsenz Capital, which he successful completed the investments in several Unicorns including, amongst others, Uber, Spotify, Airbnb, Palantir and had led the successful exits of those investments. Currently, Anthony is the Managing Partner of Kairos Capital Group based in Singapore, providing advisory and consultancy services focusing primarily in capital markets, private equity and venture capital, covering South East Asia, Greater China and Silicon Valley. Academically, Anthony is a highly sought-after speaker at various regional and local conferences, as well as a regular contributor to news media on current affairs. Anthony serves on the Advisory Board of Asia Risk Conference Program, a regional conference organiser and magazine publisher, as well as advisor to multiple startups.

Dylan has more than 20 years of experience in Banking, Brokerage Securities and Consultancy, having worked in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Banking and Research. He has extensive experience in sales & distribution, channels, product management, strategy planning, business development & partnership, marketing, sales management, business compliance & regulations and operations. Dylan was the Head of Wealth Management in KGI Securities and RHB Bank. As a business builder and strategic thinker, he started the wealth management vertical from scratch, responsible for the full P&L, managed Asset Under Management (AUM) of circa US$3.0 Billion and drove all products sales including wealth, bancassurance, deposits, secured & unsecured loans. Dylan was the Head of Wealth Strategy in UOB PFS and VP in Business Management in UOB Private Banking. He launched 2 new segments in UOB with combined AUM of circa S$26 Billion. Prior to joining UOB, Dylan led the VoC and Data Analysis Unit in Standard Chartered Bank and was a Quantitative Consultant for Banks, Automotive & Telcom industries in an international research firm.

Razif specializes in private equity, venture capital and corporate finance. He was attached to an M&A firm, called Likearisingsun based in Kuala Lumpur, where he was involved with numerous M&A transactions including corporate buyouts, mergers and restructuring exercises. Prior to that he was affiliated to Ericsenz Capital Pte. Ltd. a private equity firm based in Singapore, where he was involved in research and carrying out investments into late stage Unicorns such as Uber, Spotify, Airbnb and more. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer for an education company in Malaysia, where he oversaw the entire operations of an International School. He began his career in RHB Investment Bank under the Corporate Finance department, working on M&As, IPOs, RTOs and capital raising exercises. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, USA.

Ding Bang is a dynamic and driven professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the NUS Business School. During his academic journey, Ding Bang demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence and a thirst for knowledge. He completed a Private Banking internship with DBS Private Bank, where he collaborated with the Greater China RM team, gaining first hand exposure to wealth management strategies. He also delved into the realm of investment research through a semester internship with a real estate private equity firm. He was attached to Kairos Capital as well, where he was involved in research and all aspects of investments transactions including due diligence and more. Ding Bang commenced his professional journey with Standard Chartered Singapore, where he was recruited as a graduate hire within the wealth management division. Throughout his tenure, he displayed versatility by rotating across various teams, including the Chief Investment Office, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Fund Selection, Private Bank Credit Structuring, Risk, and Bancassurance.
